Refund & Returns Policy
- Unworn/unwashed garments can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase with their original receipt & tag.
- No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on discounted products.
- If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
- Claims on previous season’s stock will not be entertained.
- Any claim pertaining to the same season will be processed within 15 working days after quality inspection.
- Exchange for sunglasses, shoes & accessories will not be entertained due to hygienic reasons.
- Read care label inside the garment.
- Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.
- Shipping costs will only be refunded for online purchases if: – The item was damaged when received by the customer – The wrong item was delivered – Promotional free shipping is being offered
- Online orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Currently we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.
