Exchange & Shipping Policy

Unworn/unwashed garments can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase with their original receipt & tag.
No exchanges/refunds/claims can be made on discounted products.
If any item purchased at full price goes on sale, it will be exchanged at the marked down price.
Claims on previous season’s stock will not be entertained.
Any claim pertaining to the same season will be processed within 15 working days after quality inspection.
Exchange for sunglasses, shoes & accessories will not be entertained due to hygienic reasons.
Read care label inside the garment.
Items will be sent back after request is approved through courier. Shipping costs will not be part of the exchange or claim.
Shipping costs will only be refunded for online purchases if: – The item was damaged when received by the customer – The wrong item was delivered – Promotional free shipping is being offered
Online orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
Currently we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for international online orders.

No information will be revealed to any third-party entities for any purposes and your information will solely be used by ANDHAZ.

SHIPPING POLICY

DOMESTIC

INR 100/- will be charged for delivery of each product.

Domestic order will be delivered in 5-7 working days.

Every order will be confirmed over recorder telephone call before dispatch, as we get confirmation from your side, an email will be sent to you (on provided email id) with an order confirmation number.

Order will be dispatched in two working days or less via courier, we try to dispatch the same day. The customer will be provided an order number and will receive automated updated on the email address provided.

In selected cases ANDHAZ may need to contact the customer on provided phone number regarding order details or to reconfirm address etc.

Though automated updates are provided, during transit of your package you may enter your order number to track progress, or contact ANDHAZ for updates.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

All international orders may be subject to taxes and duties.
We ship your package “Duty and Taxes” unpaid, and we do not calculate any local taxes or duties during checkout.
Any fees that are due will be collected on delivery of the order.
Any applicable customs, import and collection fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s).
Taxes and fees are based on many factors, including location, material, item value, etc. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be as customs policies vary widely from country to country.
If your order does require any additional charges, they must be paid by the customer for the package to clear customs.

Note: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
